Thispaperpresentsacasestudyhighlightingthebest

system.Wedevelopedaremoteorder-anddelivery
web-basedsystemforanauto-parts
manufacturingcompany.Thesystemrequirementswere
determinedbyinterviewingemployeestakeholders.An
